FRONT

For the front design, answer the following:

1. Name of Organization
2. Name of person or animal on the front of the card
3. Choice of colors. Limit 2-3.
4. Graphics (team patch or department badge)
5. Name of city, state or province (optional)

BACK

For the back design, answer the following:

1. Name of Organization
2. Name of person or animal
3. Organization's contact info
4. Background texture (optional)
5. Graphics (team patch, department badge or sponsor logo)
6. Bio of person or animal
7. Public safety message (optional)
8. Sponsor info (optional)

Once your design has been prepared, you will get an email from us for you to review, make any edits, and then a final proof. Send all images at a high resolution. For multiple cards, send your photos, graphics, and text to susie@sarshop.com.
