
SAR Shop will gladly exchange, credit or refund the purchase of any item directly from SARshop.com if it is returned within 30 days of when you received it, the delivery date. Merchandise must be returned new in its original condition at the time of purchase. No returns or exchanges will be accepted if the merchandise has been used or worn.
NOTE: Original shipping and handling fees (if applicable) may be deducted from the value of your refund unless the return is a result of our error.

Returns or Exchanges by Mail
Merchandise may be returned or exchanged by mail via the United States Postal Service (USPS) or other carrier to the address below using your own label or a pre-addressed one. Click here. Your name and address must be printed clearly on the return portion of the label. (Packages will not be accepted without a return name and address.) Allow 1-2 weeks for processing.

Custom orders cannot be refunded or exchanged, such as trading cards, bookmarkers, embroidered patches, safety masks, personalized garments and/or K-9 vests. For the safety of our staff and customers, face coverings are non-returnable.
Shipping and handling fees may not be returned or exchanged.
