11. Liability Disclaimer
In no event will Hi-Flow Graphics be liable to any party for any direct, indirect, special or other consequential damages for any use of this website, or on any other hyper linked website, including, without limitation, any lost profits, business interruption, loss of programs or other data on your information handling system or otherwise, even if we are expressly advised of the possibility of such damages.
12. Indemnification

13. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California in the United States of America (USA), without regard to principles of conflict of laws. You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Site must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.
14. Disputes
Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to SAR Shop or to products you purchase through SAR Shop shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in California, USA, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate Hi-Flow Graphics' intellectual property rights, Hi-Flow Graphics may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the state of California, USA, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrators award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.
